We work together in sessions
Up to three 90 minute conversations. Many women need only one or two.

You have my support for three months
From your first session, you can direct message me with your wins, wobbles and anything in between. Every fortnight, I'll check in to see how it's going to track your progress in real numbers. After your first session, you book the next one if and when you need it.

Hi, I’m Alice.
I worked in NHS psychological services for 5 years. I left because the same clients kept coming back with the same problems. I retrained in deeper work and have spent the last 6 years helping hundreds of women shift behaviours they couldn’t themselves.
I've smoked too. The worst was after a bad breakup, smoking continuously throughout the night to try and fill the void in my heart.
That's why I work with women. We may fear putting on weight, losing ‘alone time’ and not being able to cope without a support that’s carried us for so long. Patches and pills aim at the nicotine. This method goes underneath it.
I work online globally by video. I'm based in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
